About Me
I’m an entrepreneur at heart, currently leading multiple businesses and working as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor. My expertise spans the Real Estate and Janitorial Contract Service industries, specializing in business-to-business solutions that deliver measurable results.
I began my journey in the security industry as an armed guard in a grocery store, but life’s challenges — financial hurdles, personal losses, and pivotal decisions — shaped me into the business owner I am today. Over the years, I’ve cultivated deep industry knowledge, learning firsthand that my own input and drive are what determine whether a business stagnates or grows exponentially.
In Commercial Real Estate, I focus on leasing and selling retail strips, multi-tenant and single-tenant properties, lease buybacks, and multifamily investments, while also assisting clients with 1031 exchanges. In Janitorial Services, I lead a firm specializing in pressure washing, window cleaning, and ongoing property maintenance for offices, retail centers, and residential properties.
Outside of business, I’m passionate about fitness, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai, rock climbing, music, motorcycles, firearms, and outdoor adventures. I also volunteer at my local church and enjoy photography and videography.
